Naughty Dog Announces Additional The Last of Us Part I Firefly Edition Stock

When pre-orders for the Firefly Edition of The Last of Us Part I went live on PlayStation Direct in North America, it was safe to say that stock couldn’t meet demand with the inital pre-order allocation selling out within minutes. Naughty Dog today announced that additional stock of the Firefly Edition will be available to U.S customers on September 2nd at 12AM ET.

Naughty Dog also revealed that their partners at SIE were working on something for customers in Europe after they received a bit of a backlash due to the Firefly Edition being exclusive in the U.S. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this will be the case for other territories around the world as they specifically only referenced Europe in the follow-up tweet. Hopefully this will change within due course, but it’s looking unlikely due to how close the release date of The Last of Us Part 1 is at this point.
