The Last of Us HBO TV Show Press Interviews Embargo Lifts

With The Last of Us HBO TV show launching just around the corner on January 15th, the creators of the show including Executive Producers, Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann alongside the stars of the upcoming adaptation including Pedro Pascal (Joel), Bella Ramsey (Ellie), Anna Torv (Tess), Gabriel Luna (Tommy) and Merle Dandridge (Marlene) amongst others, sat down with a variety of outlets including IGN, The Hollywood Reporter and Rotten Tomatoes TV to talk about the series and what it entailed. Various topics were discussed including how they wanted to avoid the dreaded video game curse that has plagued games from being turned into TV shows and movies, how the cast prepared for iconic roles and how the original voice actors of Troy Baker (Joel) and Ashley Johnson (Ellie) were when on set amongst other things.
