HBO Releases First The Last of Us Trailer

Fans of the highly anticipated HBO adaptation of The Last of Us got a look into the upcoming 2023 TV show with a look at its first official trailer thanks to HBO Max during The Last of Us Day 2022.

Various and familiar moments from the video game can be seen from the trailer including the opening scene with Joel, Sarah and Tommy escaping the initial outbreak, the collapsing skyscraper scene and also a moment with Ellie and Riley riding a merry-go-round that featured in the Left Behind prequel DLC.

To say that I’m excited about this TV show is an understatement. 2023 seems like its so far off, but from viewing the trailer, it certainly looks like it will be worth the wait! Check out the trailer below;
