The Last of Us Wins ‘Best New Series’ At The 2024 Writers Guild Awards

The Last of Us picked up another award last night and this time it was during the 2024 Writers Guild Awards where it picked up the gong for the ‘best new series’.

HBO’s adaptation was nominated alongside The Diplomat, Poker Face and Jury Duty. The awards ceremonies took place simultaneously in both New York and Los Angeles. Executive producers Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin were on stage to collect the award as you can see from the picture below.
